One of our last stops at CES 2023 was with Asus back at the Venetian. They shared many new things, from laptops to Wi-Fi 7 routers, and even showed off the TUF ecosystem they’ve built over the last couple of years. They also displayed some fast monitors and an OLED monitor as well.
One of the more impressive things we saw was the new monitors. First, a 24″ 1080p, 540 Hz G-Sync monitor. The image you see below shows the difference between 144Hz and 540Hz. The still image clearly does nothing for this (nor did the video I took), but the difference was actually quite pronounced between the two monitors. They also showed off their first OLED monitor in the 27″ WQHD (2560×1440) with a 240 Hz refresh rate. It uses a custom heatsink to keep things running cool to prevent burn-in and keep response times up.
Check out the rest of our CES 2023 coverage!
