One of the next stops on our Las Vegas tour took us to the HyperX CES 2023 suite. After walking inside, we’re greeted immediately by some cool 3D personalization items for the PC (Cozy Cat keycaps made by HX3D software). But the real stars of the room are the Clutch Gladiate Xbox controller and the Haste 2 gaming mice.

Clutch Gladiate Wired Xbox Controller
HyperX reached out to the Xbox gamer with its new Clutch Gladiate wired controller, a cost-effective offering in a space occupied mainly by Xbox’s own controllers. The Clutch Gladiate aims at the high-end market, including features like textured grips, rumble motors, dual trigger locks, and a lighter frame. The controller attaches to your console through a USB Type-C-to-A cable and a 3.5mm headphone jack to connect your headset. Priced at $34.99, it competes with Xbox’s controllers and even undercuts the competition. HyperX says we’ll see these around March 2023.
Haste 2 Gaming Mice
Following in the footsteps of the highly rated Pulsefire Haste, the Haste 2 sports a new design that loses a bit of weight, and does away with the old-school honeycomb pattern. Performance-wise, both the wired and wireless (BT and 2.4 GHz) versions offer up to 8,000 MHz polling, up to 26,000 DPI, and you can’t forget the RGB lighting. These lightweight mice (53 g and 64 g, respectively) come in black and white variants and will be available for $59.99 (wired) and $79.99 (wireless) in April.
