I got a Quantex T1511 laptop and noticed that the Dell 7000 is exactly the same thing (exact same componants, casing slightly altered.)
It turns out a company called Bizcom Electronic makes them.
I also compared the ads from each company and discoved that whenever Dell comes out with a new laptop casing, Quantex has it a month later.
My Quantex was $500 cheap than the Dell of exact same configuration.
