Today I have dual channel kit at slightly lower clocks than usual - Corsair Vengeance 2x4GB DDR3-1866 CL9-10-9-27 1.50V.
I'm not testing Corsair memory too often so I was curious even more how it's overclocking.

Tested memory kit is based on Nanya IC ( v. 8.22 ) what I've already seen in couple of other Corsair kits. It's also single rank memory so I'm already not expecting any exceptional memory bandwidth.

Memory IC you can find on the Corsair forums so you don't have to remove heatsinks:

Memory has only one XMP profile and it's enough for DDR3-1866.

Overclocking was kinda disappointment. It's probably the shortest memory test I've made. This memory is simply not scalling with voltage and couldn't even reach DDR3-2133 setting regardless of timings. I was checking everything up to CL12-13-13 1.65V but it just couldn't enter Windows at 2133.

I wish to show something more but this memory simply can't make more.
