Hello Overclockers

Still tweaking the parts for my next rig.
A few thing caught me off guard and I hope you can help me decide.

From the get go I went with the Samsung Evo 850 @ 250GB, then while looking into different ram, I hit the Corsair Neutron Xti @ 240GB.
The straight differences are that the Evo has a limit of 75TB, while the Xti has a limit of 160TB, before they may die off.
Also the 4K R/W on the Xti is slightly higher, the price difference is not mentionable.

Any experience with these, and what would keep me going for the Evo over the seemingly better Xti?

note: It's gonna be one of these two SSD, or I'll never finish tweaking.

Either will be solid for you, I'd be shocked if you wear out the 850 EVO.

That was kinda my thought, that the Neutron had a potential longer lifespan.
I'd guess a small HHD for backup would be a good idea, just in case?

A separate drive to backup your data to is always a good idea, no matter what the system config is.
