Decided to go with a newer version of the classic Cinebench from Maxxon. This one can be hard on the system so get your cooling in order!
We're also going to use a background from Rezasam1 he does some awesome work. For those not familiar he has 65 pages of wallpapers right here https://www.overclockers.com/forums/showthread.php/699891-Overclockers-Wallpapers

What: Cinebench R20
Who: any forum member
CPU: any CPU
Cooling: any cooling type
When: Ends: November 30, 12 Midnight EST
Background: Use supplied background
Download :Cinebench R20 Rules

This is as high as I could make my 7700k go...may try it again later.

Edit:

I just ran this on my 3770K @ my daily 4600 and squeezed off about 1800 points.. I wonder if I should go back to my x58

Don't try to DL from Maxon... with a 400/100 plan it was going to take a 222MB file 1-2 hours to DL...yikes!

Anyway, My daily driver, except I turned on HT for this. No tweaks, just ran as is.

Here is display resolution trick I found to make the screenshot complaint with Hwbot rules. You can enable artificial desktop resolutions and show the entire rendered image as well as the various CPUz shots. Go into the NV control panel and enable "DSR - Factors". Once you do this, you can right click the desktop and choose any crazy resolution you want. Modern ATI cards have a similar feature but obviously it's named something different.

Hmm, interesting. But how was this accomplished before this option was available to stay in compliance with hwbot?

Well there are a few things going on here. To start with R20 is still a beta benchmark on Hwbot and doesn't actually have any rules yet, so it's a free-for-all. I am not aware any benchmark has ever needed a resolution higher than 1080P for a legal screenshot. There has never been a need for this type of resolution edit in the past. Going forward R20 will become a ranked benchmark and hwbot will enforce the current R15 rule that the entire rendered image needs to be visible.

Basically...we are still in the weeds, but it's nice to know how to get out :)

Ahh good point! Thank you! Didn't realize most other benchmarks have smaller footprint.

I hate to bring this up now :( after several have subbed. HWBOT now allows submissions with Win 8/8.1/10 if you use Benchmate. This is a free program, made by someone at the BOT. It's designed to make it easier on submissions and stop the cheaters (It also fixes the timing bug in Win 8 - 10). https://benchmate .org/

Got the same result (within margin of error) with Benchmate in Win10, 3833, was this supposed to change more ?

It's suppose to allow you to bench and have a certified valid score, regardless if you forget to include all the required CPU-Z tabs.

Thought it would change results somewhat since it supposedly also messes with the timings? Or is that only in some of the benches?

I had some throttling :( <- I'll have to work on that to beat (G{in}[AK)TION]  I've finally have gotten the memory to work, Team Group 4133 :)
