Today I have DDR3-2400 memory kit made by Patriot. Kit's product number is PXD38G2400C11K and base timings 11-11-11-30 at 1.65V.
Memory is probably based on Samsung IC but I couldn't take off the heatsink as it was glued pretty good and I didn't want to damage it. Anyway memory is scalling like Samsung, looks like Samsung and works with MVG Samsung profiles so it's probably Samsung HCH9 series.

As usual Patriot used command rate 3N in its XMP profile however I will use 1N for all tests as it's perfectly stable with Ivy Bridge series.

Here is XMP info:

Tests at 2133/2400

2133 9-10-10-26 1N 1.65V
At the beginning lower clock at stock voltage for those who are thinking about this kit for SB platform.

2400 10-11-11-30 1N 1.65V
Tightest main timings at standard 1.65V voltage. Not that bad but I was expecting CL9.

2400 9-11-11-26 1N 1.75V
Tightest main timings at 1.75V. I couldn't make this kit to pass Spi32/HyperPi32 at 2500+ up to 1.85V. Also 2400 9-10-10 or 2133 8-9-9 or 9-9-9 didn't work.
