Wonder how the PowerColor LCS R9 290X would fit in with the other cards.

About the same as any other 290X, it only has a 60MHz overclock...

Whats the deal with the locked voltage?
shoulda flashed the bios to something better and overclocked it more to see what it can do would have found out if atleast they did some decent binning processes.

And after the reviewer overclocks (the part I look at)

hard to compare against other parties reviews, as hardware and system overclocks play a role...
