which is the best brand what are the differences?

ATI- Radeon 9800 XT 256MB (Retail Box)
SHAPPHIRE - Atlantis Radeon 9800XT 256MB w/ TV-Out, DVI (Retail)

They're probably both about the same so you should probably just get the Cheaper. Having said that I'm a big BBA fan and pretty much go with ATI unless there's a significant difference in price

I'd get the retail ATI non-sapphire 9800 XT. It comes with HL2.
