[email protected] t- bird needs cooling | more fans or water

I have a 1.1 T-bird that overclocks up to 1321 (139x9.5 ) successfully. I currently run it at 1287 (143x9). I get better performance with the higher fsb. My cooling is: Fp-32-1 w/ articsilver. I have a 80 mm fan side mounted blowing right on it. It idles at 86*F and under load it goes up to 120*F. Would going to water cooling or a peltier setup let me increase my speed so i can run the chip at atleast 143x9.5 or higher. But my ram pretty much maxes out at 143 with the highest settings.
