1.2 GHz T-Birds "Unlocked Nature"???

I was reading about the overclocking problems on the new KT7A board and I saw that it said something ith 1.2 GHz T-Birds having an "Unlocked Nature". What does this mean? Does this mean that they come unlocked? If it does I'll be happy since I am getting one this weekend.

They are not locked by the factory. they site has a good explanation why.
