cheer up boy!! if you can run 133fsb with 1.5V or 1.6V is good enough. You have a friend here, I am running at 133FSB too now, due to instability problems in games.

If you plan to use Intel HSF, I have nice modification in Intel CPU section. The thread name : OK Boys... Intel HSF thermal monitoring DISABLE ( aka full speed ).
