1 ghz thunder bird stuck at 1206

I have a I gig thunderbird and abit kt7 raid mother board I've tried FSB settings 100 to 110 core volts as high as 1.92 and I still cannot get my tbird to run at 11.5 multiplier it locks up right after windows me loads I tried 2.0 core volts monitor would not come on need info
 
What are your temps? You may have to go colder to gain any more, also 1.2 gig is close to the limit for conventional cooling.
 
im running a hedghog with ultra silver thermal paste, temp is running 41C full load, I've been running rc5 program for 6 days 24 hrs no crashes , thought I could squeeze a little more out of her ... and if could help me out on one other thing what are the two little icons in the top left of the emotion bar?
