1. 2K - 2048x1080. 2560x1440 is not 2K (regardless what newegg calls it). If we were literally talking 2K, a 480X could handle it considering how few pixels (%) different it is.

I was wondering about that myself because if you look for a 2K monitor at newegg there are 4 different pixel dimensions that meet that heading and the majority of them were 1440 parts.
