1080ti black output, code 43??

hi, so i got this gigabyte 1080ti with said problem. it gives output, but only a black screen and it has fanspin and rgb working. the power not connected LED's on the powerplugs also responding correctly. and when in windows(using another primary gpu/remote desktop) it gives a error 43. tried everything like wiping drivers, put it in another pc, nvflash gives an error aswell. is it really dead with no hope? pcb looks all good as far as i can see, no damage
