110euro water cooling

I found a water cooling system,wich is not very complicated:
Front bay monitor (5,25')
Fan speed=3500rpm
cfm=40.96
noise level<35dB

It has a cpu fan=60x60mm with a copper heatsink;
Adjustable fan speed
Water level indicator;
The monitor bay also has a 60x60mm fan & copper radiator;also a temperature display.

Now,my question:IS THIS EXPENSIVE OR NOT ?!?

Any WC system that comes in a drive bay stinks. Is that a fan on the water block??

I read more about it and you're right:IT SUCKS !!
Give me other systems up to 130-140euros (if they exist).
Pics(or links) of them would be good.
I can't see myself making one.
