120 or 144Hz monitors?

What's the cheapest 120 or above monitor that's at least 27"? It can be a TV, I dont care. I've used TVs as monitors before and they work great. Half the price and double the size! I would love to get something around 30", but it looks like the only option would be a TV in that size or $600+ which is ridiculous for a monitor. You can get a 60" TV for that price.
 
Not sure offhand. I'd go to newegg.com and sort the monitors by size and refresh rate... viola!
 
In almost all circumstances a tv rated above 60hz is generally using a frame smoothing technology and isn't actually running at that speed.

Is look on ebay for Korean panels if you want the cheapest ones that are decent quality.
