Totally agree if the OP is only going to be shooting for moderate clocks

indeed, future expansion will be more ram and possible 2nd 970.

after reading a good amount of posts, majority agree cpu oc 4.5-4.7 would be safe without adding stress to the reliablity. hell... id probably make it 4.5 to be on the safe side.

for the gpu, again, moderate oc.

750W is enough for 2 970s.

I agree. Moderate OCs. No sense stressing your parts.
