will not go above 137 fsb help

Well geee thats a lot of info for us to work with. Can you provide us with a little more info?
( Wont Post, freezes on posting, window lockups, general protection errors, BSODs etc. )

To me it looks like overheating. Although the SK6 is one of the best (if not the best) out there, you wont get much cooling power on a overclocked 1.4Ghz while only using the YS-Tech fan. You will need a delta for sure.

Sounds as though its your memory that don't want to do more than 137Mhz. Increase the multiplier and decrease the fsb or increase the VIO

Just cos it says PC150 doesn't mean it has to do anything in any board due to the laws laid out in the PC100 and PC133 specifications. Since their is no PC150 specification - there are no comebacks.

sorry i have a delta fan sorry did have a ys-tech

You need more Juice!!! I know that you guys don't like Kyle over at HardOCP, but he had a 1400 that wouldn't go past 1466 with his setup. He had a 300watt PS and everything else top of the line(don't know exact specs).

He got a 400watt PS and his 1400 is now running at 1650!! There is a recommended PS list for every AMD CPU now because the higher yougo the more juice you need to run it. I think it's worth a try!!!
