But remember that some pelts use 24v. Thats why the 156 is the best option. It will cool an XP1800 fine.

you canot run a 156w pelt off a pc psu if thats what your getting too. 156w draws way to much amprage. ull fry that psu, and possibly kill everything connected to it.
you have to buy a bench psu that will output the right amount of voltage/amps
