169 Ip Address Problem - Kinda know what I did wrong, need help fixing

So... I was in the router settings, going to unsecure it, and my cat jumped up and I accidentally clicked a box. It was underneath the dropdown that you choose "disable, WEP" etc, I don't remember what it was but there were 4 boxes labeled 1, 2, 3, and 4. Originally "1" was checked, but I accidently checked "4".

Well, now it won't let me connect to the internet, or go back into the router settings, and the IP Address has changed to

Does anyone know how I can access the router settings to change it back and fix it?

Reset the router to stock settings and configure it. Easiest solution.
