1700 0310 or 0307?

I'm getting a 1700 but I have no clue which seem to be doing better for ocing the 0307 or 0310

they both do great but the 0310 tends to do a little better.

I know this is the wrong forum but I'm looking on excaliber at abit mobo's and there's an nf7-s and nf7 V2.0 anybody know the difference?

2.0 has the new stepping of the nforce2 north bridge... supposed to OC a bit better and have official support for 400 mhz fsb bartons.
