1700+ question

I am looking at the tbred 1700+ b chip and I'm wondering what is the difference between the jiuhb, aiuhb. which performs better? I plan on o/cing it. Also I plan on getting the 0310 chip but I don't know what the wpmw/xpmw means, or just the xpmw or just wpmw. All help is greatly appreciated =)

take a look at www.excaliberpc.com they have the best 1700+'s that run on 1.5V You'll see the steppings there.

The XPMW/WPMW refers to a retail box. With the retail box you get a 3 year warranty, and they guarantee either the XPMW or WPMW stepping. I don't see much point in getting the 3 year warranty, considering you're most likely going to overclock anyways, so just get one of the other two. No one knows for sure which one's better.

has for the stepping it can't be other than JIUHB, on the other the best feedback that i've seen is the xpmw

I don't think AIUHB even exists for 1700+.

The 1700DLT3C JIUHB 0301 or JIUHB0307's are doing the best as of right now.

If you are looking to pick one of these chips up, you will probably want to do it soon. AMD stopped making the proc's and all that is left is what is on the shelves and such...pick one up while you can!
