1900+ Thoroughbred B's are rare.

A's overclock about 300 MHz less than B's. Stepping code should end with B xxxxB not xxxxA.

Make sure it's not a DMT3C Palomino.

palomino is basically just old technology, they OC horribly, even worse than t-bred a cores, even if u did unlock one, u wouldnt even get CLOSE to 200 fsb or even past 2.1`2.2 ghz

and basically, it just sucks

there are core steppings like jiuhB and niuhB, the b at the end denoted a B stepping, if u get one with a at the end, (im makng this up) like jixiA then its an A stepping

i would check..but i gotta wait for the guy i bought it from to send it too me...WHEN WILL THE WAITING END!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol, im very eagar to get it! if i get a b it i think ill be very happy but...first i gotta get the rest of my parts lol

if anyone wants to try to guess what stepping it is try and find out looking at the pic, thou i think its way to small to tell if its an A or a B, or maybe even the Palomino cc_1.JPG

i have no idea, although im pretty sure its a t-bred because palominos have the steppings on the actual die itself, while that chip has the black sticker (where all t-breds have the stepping)

to tell u the truth, im stumped, if i got a closer look, i would be able to say, but from that birds-eye view, nothing can be sed so far, but im leaning more towards the t-bred side...

and btw, the core looks a bit chipped, maybe u can get a few dollars knocked off because of that? just a thought :D

:p good idea i should have thought of that but too late, money go bye bye 8 hours ago lol, if it doesnt work...im gonna ..."privately talk" the one who sold iit to me!

Thats T-bred cpu , BUT I am 99.9 % sure you will get a "a" core .. Problably aiuga .. I have never ever seen or heard of t-bred b 1900 ..
