19in CRT vs Similarly Sized LCD

I'm a gamer. I want something better than what I have (Viewsonic A70 17"), preferably flat screen if its CRT. What is a good gaming LCD monitor? What is a good CRT 19"?

How does this monitor look? Is 16ms good? Is 445 shipped a good deal?

$445 is too high on the monitor. Newegg, however, is always playing price-games with the NEC LCD1760-V. Within the last month, it's been at $385 to $445, usually with some sort of "Instant Rebate" and/or free-shipping. I would wait for the price to drop at least $25-30.
