1ghz tbird wont go past 1.1 on epox

im new to this i have ep-8kta2 mb via kt133
i changed ram speed to 133 in bios after installing 128 meg 133 dram
i went to host pci and changed from default to 110
wcuid says 1100mhz and system bus changed from 200 to 220mhz which i am not sure i understand the bus speed changing.
system runs fine temp went up from 48 c to 51 c with stock heat sink
when i go to 111 for host speed windows wont finish loading before freezing
at 112 for host speed no boot and have to clear bios
i am new to this please tell me what i can do from here

Most likely your ram poops out, since it's running at 1.1x 133= 146 or more.

Set your RAM speed back to 100 or normal.

Unlock the CPU - if you do not know how, check this board.

Then raise the FSB and reduce the multiplier until you reach a nice compromise.
