I'm building my first system and I've been researching for a couple months now. My budget is pretty fixed. I've already got the the case and monitor. I'm not planning on any serious OC'ing. Will this work alright or should I go with antec neo power 480W. Well here it is.

Stay away from Antecs....they have gone downhill. For cost efficiency, stick with the forton 530, or blue storm. For cost and top quality, the OCZ420. For top, w/o price worry, go with the OCZ 520.

Welcome to the forums!

Looking good to me - don't change a thing :)

Also you should be able to get the PDP Patriot 3200 XBL (TCCD) for cheaper than the corsairs and OC 1:1 up to 275 or so if not higher!
