2 -256mb ddr333 or 1- 512mb ddr 333

I want to run 512 mb ddr33 overclocked. Which way for better performance and stability when overclocked?

In an overclocking perspective you would probably do better with one 512mb stick. Changes are small that two sticks would cope exactly the same fsb setting, and therfore the slower stick would sack you down. Then on the other hand, I suppose a 512 stick is more expensive than two 256.
