They're actually pretty cool about it if you bought one not knowing that you aren't allowed to have it unless you're under nda. I bought one last year and they gave me a retail box replacement after I returned the ES.jazztrumpet216 said:
TC is right... if you were to win it, and he shipped it before Intel got to him, he'd direct Intel to you... and I don't think anyone would want Intel on their tail over an ES... they're very protective of those things.
