The best I could get so far is 235FSB without failing in the first few minutes. Haven't done a full test yet.
I have a SL6WT. What do you have?

I have the same 2.8C. Mine is not prime stable with 3.5ghz. I can get into windows just fine at 3.5ghz on stock voltage. But I always fail prime in about 10 minutes with 1.6v-1.675v. Nothing changes after 1.6v. Always lasts for 10 minutes. According to the bios my temps are never over 46 C. Maybe my exos is putting too much stress on my 400w sparkle? Or maybe this stepping isn't good for 3.5ghz.

My SL6Z5 is dual prime stable (15 hours tested) at 257FSB (3600Mhz) with 1.65V .

Haven't tested with higher vcore yet.

I have a M0 stepping SL6Z5 prime95 stable at 250FSB with 1.7 vcorr. Previously I had tried 5 different D1 stepping 2.8c CPUs and the highest I got any of them prime 95 stable was 245FSB at 1.7 vcorr. Air cooling.

Yep. I had one a while back running at 3.5 GHz on air and Prime95 ran for over 24 hours before I shut it off.
