Ok so I have a 19inch and a 22inch lcd montior. I hooked them both up to my 7600GT and they display the same image on the screen. Let me try to explain...lets say im watching a movie, the movie is being played on both the screens. I want it to be played on one screen and like I look at the forums on the other screen. Basicly so I can multi task for efficently haha. Hopefuly you understand. How do I change it so its like one big screen and not 2 seperate ones?

Go into the Dsiplay Control Panel, click on the Settings Tab. Click on the drop down menu to choose the secondary monitor. Click the Check Box at the bottom that says Extend my Windows Desktop onto this monitor. Then you are done.

In Windows XP, right click your desktop, go to properties>Settings and either check or uncheck the box that says "Extend my Windows desktop onto this monitor". I can't remember if it has to be checked or unchecked though.

Edit: bchur83 beat me to it. Stupid phone calls...lol.

I just do it through the nvidia control panel under configure multiple displays. The option is called Dualview, and it lets you configure the resolutions and refresh rates independently for each monitor as well.. I think the default setting is 'clone' which would do what you are describing..
