2100+ unlocking

I'm sure this is answered somewhere in these forums but I need a guide to unlock the XP2100+ palomino core. Its the green one and I have seen guides to unlock the palomino but i have also heard the 2100+ is somewhat different. Thanks and sorry for being a noob
