2400+ Retail With AIUCB Stepping,has anyone here seen this stepping and if so is it a good one for overclocking???

Yep, that stepping is all over the place. Just do a search for AIUCB and you'll have plenty of reading material.

hmmm I might not be a good person to answer its ability to overclock about this stepping because, my motherboard is old only a KT266A chipset and also my RAM is only PC 2100, farthermore, my Power Supply drops to below 4.9v for the 5v + line when I set my CPU Vcore @ 1.85v and Vdmm @ 2.7v. I need to fix alot of various problem before I can tell you if it is a good OC chip stepping or not. I am able to get this system 152x15 = 2285mhz but the best benchmark score is at 149x15 = 2235mhz
