So I got my chip at 4.5GHz and it is extremely stable. I ran 20 runs on Intel Burn Test on Maximum (71 C Max Temp), and also about 17 hours of Prime 95 (60 C Max Temp).
I am however worried about my Voltage. I am seeing people getting 4.5GHz with less than 3.300 VCore. Mine is obviously much higher.

Here are my results with my CPU on Prime95 burn test and 100% stable. Can anyone give me some help on how I can get to a lower Voltage?
