Think my AX1200 1200W could do it? If not, what's a good third GPU to crossfire? I've seen some pretty impressive benchmarks going from 2 to 3 way, more than previous generations. What's = to a 290x from the current gen? A 390?

Wait, what? You want to run three 295s??? OMG. That ought to be fun. :)

I think he means adding a single gpu card in crossfire with the 295, I don't think you can even use 3 dual cards together (triple 295=2 290x=1)

1200w will cut it for a 295x2 + 290x. I used to run 2 290x's oced 24/7 for bitcoin mining on a 1000w psu.

It's the 390x which equals the 290x (I believe it is a 8GB 290x rebrand).

Edit: Watch the 24pins on the motherboard. 2x290x's overclocked melted the 12v wire/pin on the 24atx pins on botj my p8z68 pro and my 990fx sabertooth r2.0
