2x1Gb Corsair/Kingston or 4x512Mb Adata pc4000?

I've tried 4 512Mb sticks of Kingston HyperX pc4000 and I could oc almost as well as with just 2 sticks. All I really needed was 240fbs and 1:1 mem though. Question is, will I be able to reach 240 fsb w/ 2x1Gb kits? Or should I stick with 4x512Mb setup. Personal experience replies only please (or if you are positive).

Come on, people. Haven't you heard of the joy of not using virtual memory? :)
