I just got one that is doing 3.4 with the same cooler on an IC7.

hmmm, i really wanted 3.5Ghz (sounds like a satisfying number). so maybe a 2.8c? for the board i was looking at P4c800-e Deluxe
my problem is really finding a good PSU

well 3.5 and 1ghz fsb arent the same thing

good psu ? no problem, go with antec true 430, 480 or 550

as intel does speed binning with their cpu's i would think that 3.5 on air is a very reasonable goal. my 2.4c runs 3480 stable.

My 3.0 did 3.65 with air (Thermalright SLK947u) and does 3.75on water . It is a week 40 Malay chip.
