Thease are things that I can live with but would very much like to have them solved.

1) Sometimes when I go to turn on my computer windows will load so fast that it will skip the loading screen and go straight to the welcome screen, while other times it can take like 7 - 9 passes of the loading bar.

2) If I use my computer for a short amount of time and go to turn it off it happens normally, but if I use it for say more than an hour and click the Shutdown button on the start menu it'll take like five minutes befor it even brings up the screen with the 3 choices(log off, shut down, restart) then it will sit on the desktop for like a minute or two then take like 3 - 7 minutes on the blue screen that say windows is shutting down.

3) This just confuses the hell out of me, the RAM I have is 2G 4 x 512 sticks of CORSAIR XMS 184-Pin DDR SDRAM, It says PC 3200, well when I had the first gig iof this RAM in it ran at the speeds stated but i let is do the auto as for my OCing, nad had it running at 2.8v it like the power runs smooth. Well the seccond gig came less than a week later the same exact ram put it in today and decided to check out the new ness in EVEREST well the new gig of RAMis in DIMMs 1 and 2 the first gig is in 3 and 4

Device Description
DIMM1: Corsair CMX512-3200C2
DIMM2: Corsair CMX512-3200C2
DIMM3: Corsair CMX512-3200C2PRO
DIMM4: Corsair CMX512-3200C2PRO

they are identical sets of RAM but EVEREST says that they are running at PC2900??????
whats wrong with them?

On Startup, I'm only guessing, but perhaps all the same features aren't starting on each bootup.
On your shutdown, you probably have more services and processes running when you are shutting down, so it takes Windows a bit longer to handle everything. Before you shut down, hit CTRL/ALT/DEL and see what processes are running for a few times, so you can see what else is running after a longer session.
Look in your mobo manual and check your RAM specs, I'd tend to agree that the mobo doesn't handle your configuration.

Well I read the the whole 3 page section on the configuration / setup of memory and it says supports dual channel..... annd DDR400, but it dosen't say anyhting else really at all.

For the RAM problem, most motherboards have to run at a lower RAM speed with 4 sticks of RAM. You probably wouldn't have that problem with 2 x 1GB sticks. As for the other things, I don't know.

I'd say that running dual channel, you can probably only use two slots, so for 2GB you'd actually need two 1gb sticks. At last that is the case with my mobo.
