I was browsing the CPU Database for a Athlon XP 1900+ and came accross one person who got it overclocked to a decent speed, but for a comment he/she put "Air Cooled with only 300W PS !" Now considering I will be getting this CPU and overclocking, it got me thinking a little.

I will be getting the "ANTEC SX1030B 10BAY 300W P/S BLACK PERFORMANCE SERIES WORKSTATION" case.
Here are the other specs for my new PC:
Soltek SL-75DRV5 ATX KT333
AMD Athlon XP 1900+ 1.6Ghz
512mb PC2700 333Mhz Samsung DDR (no other choice, heard some can go up to 191Mhz)
ATI AIW 8500DV
Maxtor D740X-6L 80GB 7200RPM HDD
Creative Labs Audigy Platinum 5.1

I plan for overclocking my XP 1900+ with air cooling, but not too crazy. The case itself has some pretty good cooling of it's own, up to 4 case fans (2 are right beside the CPU). I plan on overclocking my RAM aswell, as much as it can go but I will not overclock the AIW 8500DV. Also later I plan on making one side of the case see through, and put some neon lighting inside.

So will the Antec 300W powersupply be good enough for my system?

Welcome to the forums
the power supply will run this setup but ,if you can still upgrade it go to the Antec400w power supply ,this is the heart and soul so DONT be cheap go for the 400w ps ,it will be better in the long run .
Nice setup you got going on there
