360 price cuts next year, probably summer with Halo 3

They're just waiting until Sony can get units on the shelf in enough quantities so that there is no availability issues. Although they didn't state this, I'll bet they cut it by about $50 at the same time Halo 3 is announced and also offer a package with Halo3 for the current price.
