If you use the power saving options, it is likely that the vcore @ idle is too low: reduce the LLC by a notch or two, and increase the vcore offset by 0.01v. That should do the trick.

OK my voltage for load (1.328v) is lower than my idle voltage (1.376v). How do I fix that?

I'd stick to manual and raise your voltage, lower llc. That should give you higher idle volts and lower load volts. I don't think offset touches idle voltage... but not sure, I don't use it.. too much basic math. :p
