3C bios question/ recieved my RMA'd kt7a raid but?

ok for those that have heard me b4 will know ive been battling probs with this mobo for ages,i returned it to abit supplier and 2 weeks later got it back . i can tell its my same mobo, but has a new bios chip as mine was WW but i flashed to ZT, this is 3c and my NEW 1.2 axia 9 is coming up at 1116mhz (124 x 9) and no matter what i try it wont allow fsb to boot up with more. any ideas????????? the multplyer will change but not the fsb.........................................thanks for any responses to this.
i will go for the IWILL tommorrow but id still like to sort this out(major ongoing headache)
