3d mark 2001se locks up at default???

After a LONG night of getitng windows to install, im now dealing with more issues. 3d mark 2001se locks up right away. Im using TwinMOS memory pc3200 set at spd timings... 8332.5 I think... I am getting frusterated with this board. Could flashing bios fix this kind of stuff? Im not even overclocked yet? Any advice helps... this is my first intel board and im having my doubts already.

Well... I have had a hard time with taming this board but im getting there. Turns out that I didnt have DX9 installed "I thought I did." I had my doubts at first but I am quickly starting to see this monsters potential... TY

PS... make sure you install DX9 for the Catalyst 3.4 drivers
