well i have max/windows xp on a 40gb death star and i want to image that hard drive, and dump it onto a 80gb western digital which will become my new slave. Hopefulyl everything will trasfer over just fine and we can all live and be happy. Do you think CDILLA is going to tripp out upon seeing it is on a new hard drive. Only reason i havnt pulled the trigger yet is i would hate to loose my librabries of materials. thnx

i beleive it MITE, 3dsmax was the hardest prog to get because of CDILLA[u know what i mean ;-)] but its possible if u copied it through a utility that clones your hard drive without the OS. i dont know tho, CDILLA is picky.....losing your libraries? i dont know if you would..i dont c why you couldnt just run the repair wizard if you have a problem...if your one of the few whom have payed for 3dsmax u could talk to their help desk if any problems occur. for as much as it costs i would imagine theyd help and understand
