How do I plug an 80mm fan with 4 pin molex connector into a mobo?? Is there some kind of cable that changes it from a 4 pin to a 3 pin??

You can just solder the +12v & ground wires into a smaller, 3pin connector..
On the smaller, 3 pin connector, the black & red wires are used for ground & +12v.. The yellow wire is for RPM monitoring.
I'm sure someone sells an adapter, just haven't seen them anywhere..
Before you go plugging large fans onto your mobo, make sure it won't draw too much power from it. I've heard of people killing mobos that way.
