What can take these speeds?
Wutabout a SB. Audigy and Geforce 4 Ti4200?

My Geforce 4 Ti4400 and SB Live 5.1 are fine at 40 Mhz PCI/80 MHz AGP. Most decent video cards should be okay at 80 MHz and above. This should give you an indication of what your stuff can run at, since both our sound and video are similar.

Most hard drives should be able to handle 40 MHz.

WD HHD are one of the most tempermental when it comes to OCing.

i had a wd, it crapped out, im hopeing this wasn't FSB influenced as i now have another WD and hope it dosn't do the same
