I don't know whether it is just me, or not, but I seem to have a strange issue with the 43.xx Nvidia drivers.
Ever since I installed them, I have not been able to overclock the card as high as I did with 41.xx drivers. I get system lockups or tearing in games and benchmarks when I try to overclock much at all.
I am running a GF4 Ti4600, Gainward Golden Sample with VIVO. I used to be able to overclock it to 314/729 with no problems, whatsoever. Now, I am resigned to 300/650 defaults, to be safe.
Has anyone else had this issue?
Am I just crazy?
