430W Enermax powering 226W TEC

As from the specs this unit can give 35A on the 12V rail. The 226 TEC needs 24A, so I figured, that I could use the Enermax. BUT, it is a 430W unit, while the combined load on +3.3 & +5V is 200W, so this like leaves only <230W on the 12V. 230W is only 19A, so not enough? Any sugestions?

The problem is other things in your computer ALSO need to draw off of the 12v line. If you have the enermax as a seperate PSU then it would probably work, but i dont have any experience with peltiers, so i cant say for sure.
