4DDR slot mobo?

Hello all, I am looking for a motherboard with 4 ddr slots(pc2100), from a good company, It has to be pretty cheap too, Its for a Pentium 4 2ghz socket478. I am havin a hard time lookin for one. Most likely its not going to be overclocked, but mainly used for digital video editing. any help would be appriciated.

yes i have seen that mobo, but it can only handle 3 ddr @pc2100 i was lookin in to the AOpen AX4B Max, but i cant find a reseller.
