The one on amazon.com is the Xbrite version. The one at office depot is the regular version.

i wish it was an xbrite :(
anyone know of screens like xbrites but cheaper?

Dito, Possibly with DVI inputs (not a huge deal), and 19" or so? I'm in the market for 3 lcd monitors, (2) 19" and (1) 17". At 200.00 a pop with the nice shiny filter on the lcd monitor, I'd do it :).

According to Sony it is a 16ms panel. Not a great deal, unless you're just wanting to get an LCD. I wouldn't play any FPS games on it. Not sure why Amazon shows it as a 12ms panel.

Damn.. I was all excited about this deal.

My brother has the SDM-HS95P which is not the same as SDM-HS95. The P version is 12ms and has DVI input. the HS95 only has analog and 16ms.

Npetune3000,

Can you guarantee this? I'm really thinking of getting on this one.

SDM-HS95P is the Xbrite version

Thing is, there WAS a deal around black friday for the Xbrite version at office depot that went unnoticed.

office depot was selling it for 600bucks with a 100 and 2x 30 rebates. Which = 160

so, 600-160=440 then you could have priced matched it to CC, which had it for 550 instad of 600. So 550-160=390

390 plus the 10 percent CC gives when it price matches = 351

I should have jumped on the deal but i already had a 20 inch widescreen sceptre LCD for 379.

I like the Xbrite tech but i want it in a 20inch widescreen monitor atleast. As a result, I just did'nt bite. Should have though. ah well.

I think on BF they were selling these monitors for 250, but i am not sur eif that was the Xbrite version.

I think BenQ has the Xbrite tech in one of its 20inch widescreen LCD as well as another company, but i cannot recall which.

I have the older hs74p Xbrite LCD and i liked it alot. I gave it to my bro when i bught the sceptre. I am lookign to get rid fo teh sceptre and get another Xbrite or similar type tech LCD, however.
